The European commission proposed with violating antitrust agreement Sue Microsoft again.

According to foreign media reports, the European Union antitrust agency director said on Thursday, authorities are preparing to Sue Microsoft. The agency said the software giant failure to comply with a 2009 decision, did not provide the opportunity to choose a web browser.

Google is currently negotiating with the European commission to try to ease the authorities on the doubts. Microsoft and other competitors to the company's business behavior puts forward the accused.
