Apple sets new fight with Samsung

The brand issue between Apple and Chinese company gets no sign of abating, recently, Apple sets a ban on Samsung Tablet Computer Sales worldwide, due to Samsung's latest products look a lot like the iPhone and iPad, smart case for iPad 2 from the shape of the hardware to the user interface and even the packaging. Unfortunately, Apple company fails two rounds in this battle. Not only that, Apple may have to wait a little longer until it can formally seek a ban on Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the United States. Although it wasn't the best news for Apple, Apple could refile for a ban as soon as the higher court officially hands over jurisdiction.

But even if Apple’s tablet lawsuit fails, it may achieve a larger strategic goal of persuading Samsung Samsung Cases and other would-be iPad competitors iPad leather cases to take more care in differentiating their designs.
