Recently, Apple is not a lucky dog in patent war. From begining, British court announced that the patent of Apple slide unlock is invalid, this benefits HTC. And now, same thing happened in British court, but beneficiary is Samsung. However, what UK judge said hit Samsung.
The British High Court made a ruling on the Apple iPad， iPhone 4s cases and Samsung Galaxy Tab design patent infringement cases. The judge said that Samsung Galaxy Tab does not infringe the design patent of Apple iPad, because Samsung's Galaxy Tab is not a well-designed products, will not violate iPad appearance and cause confusion of these two tablets, iPhone cases.
The design and expanded function of Galaxy Tab is different from iPad. iPad obviously looks "Cool" than Galaxy Tab， Samsung galaxy s3 cases. Although they look the nearlt the same from the front but in fact the design of both is different.
