Samsung displeases judge by posting out iPhone original design

These days, we saw a lot of original designs of iPhone, iPad, , Samsung galaxy s3 cases all these pictures are actually provided by Samsung. Samsung got those designs from a recent lawsuit with Apple and disclosed them through the media, in order to prove that Apple copied Sony. However, what Samsung did has angered the judge, and get itself in trouble.

Judge Lucy Koh, who is responsible for the patent case was very angry at Samsung's behaviour, and questioned who gave them the right to do so. Not only that, Judges also rejected all proofs of patent designs provided by Samsung, Samsung Cases including patent design of Samsung F700, which was released before the first generation iPhone. This is likely to be strong proof to prove Samsung, samsung phone accessories does not copy iPhone.

But now Samsung has angered the judge and the evidence is invalid. This case is still in progress, there is no clear verdict.
